Great overall condition with minimal wear and tear. Some dirt buildup on the bottom (see photos)
A great addition to any Hess Toy Truck collection! This is the iconic 1977 Hess Tanker Truck, a highly sought-after collectible. The truck is a deep green with yellow and red trim and features the interchangeable decals for "HESS GASOLINE" on one side and "HESS FUEL OILS" on the other.
Silver-color grille and chromed stacks/mirrors on the cab.
Battery compartment (takes one "C" cell battery - not included).
Flexible black hose and red nozzle detail on the underside/rear.
Comes with its original 2-piece box featuring refinery and service station scenes.
Decals: The main "HESS" and "GASOLINE/FUEL OILS" decals appear present and legible, with some possible minor wear consistent with age.
Chromed Parts: The chrome elements (grille, stacks, mirrors) show minimal aging
