The quality of this bracelet is through the roof. Designed and signed by Taxco Master Jeweler Remy, It is made of solid sterling silver, clocking in at 124.73 g. It is heavy and weighty and architectural in design, a perfect example of the Mid-Century Modern Arts and Crafts movement. You can see this specifically in the pillars’ raising of the tile piece that is the central element of the bracelet, giving space between it and the arm. This reminds me of clerestory windows high up in an ancient building.
There are six geometric square tiles of natural Chrysocolla inlaid in the bracelet. They are natural in their finish, a nice, contrasting matte foil to the highly reflective silver of the rest of the bracelet.
